The second round of the FIM World Supercross Championship takes place this Saturday, November 15, in Vancouver — and it comes with a last-minute change inside the Quad Lock Honda squad. The team has been forced to call in a replacement due to Anthony Bourdon’s schedule conflict, as the French rider will prioritize his appearance at the 42nd Supercross de Paris this same saturday.
Following the WSX regulations — which require each licensed team to field four riders per round — Yarrive Konsky’s outfit has opted for a very familiar name in the series: Wilson Todd.
Todd raced the SX2 class in both 2022 and 2023, finishing 7th and 10th in the championship standings, respectively. He’s also currently sitting sixth in the Australian Supercross Championship after three rounds, proving he’s in strong form heading into Vancouver.
And it looks like this won’t be his only appearance in 2025. Bourdon, who is also competing in the India Supercross Racing League (ISRL), is expected to travel to India due to a date clash between the Hyderabad round and the Swedish GP on December 6. That situation could open the door once again for Todd to step in for another WSX outing.
