The final round of the Motocross World Championship concludes with Red Bull GasGas duo Jorge Prado and Simon Langenfelder victorious in their respective Qualifying Races.

It has been the eleventh Qualifying Race win for fresh MXGP World Champion Jorge Prado who once again took the early lead via holeshot and then rode at front of the pack for the rest of the lap. However, Romain Febvre was able to gain some ground in the final stages and put pressure, but he wasn´t close enough to try a pass. Tim Gajser came on a lonely third while his teammate Ruben Fernandez finished fourth ahead of a strong Valentin Guillod in fifth.

Not the best start for Monster Energy Yamaha´s duo Jeremy Seewer and Maxime Renaux. Both had crashed while battling into the top 5, finishing eleventh and eighteen respectively.

In the MX2 class, Langenfelder had some brief battles in the first stages against Sacha and Lucas Coenen and then checked out at the front in order to win with a good margin. Behind him were some good battle royals. Andrea Adamo and Jago Geerts climbed to second and third, as Roan Van de Moosdijk finished fourth. Sacha Coenen fought really hard to keep himself among the top 3 but ended up dropping to fifth.
