The Italian secured the title after a dramatic finale in Lommel’s deep sand. Despite two early crashes in Moto 1, Alvisi fought back to 6th, then finished 3rd in the final moto — enough to seal the championship with an 11-point lead over French rival Mano Faure.
Faure’s title hopes ended after a pair of crashes in Race 2. Jarne Bervoets claimed the overall win with 1-3 results. Ricardo Bauer (8-1) and Jekabs Kubulins (4-3) were on the podium for the first time this year.
After 11 rounds, the EMX125 championship came down to a fierce final battle in Lommel. Alvisi entered the weekend just 6 points ahead of Mano Faure — and both had everything to fight for.

Faure struck first, finishing 2nd in Race 1 while Alvisi salvaged a heroic 6th after two crashes. That cut the gap to just 1 point heading into the final race.
RACE 1 HIGHLIGHTS
The tension peaked in Race 2: Faure grabbed the holeshot but went down in the first corner. Alvisi, outside the Top 10 early, fought forward and passed Faure mid-moto. A second crash ended Faure’s title hopes, and Alvisi’s 3rd-place finish secured him the European crown by 11 points.
