The Frenchman had contact with another rider just before the first turn in the MX2 Qualifying Race in Loket. He was run over by some of his rivals that couldn´t avoid him.
Benistant couldn`t continue as he was immediately attended by the medical crew who translated him to a near hospital. At the moment there is no official word about his situation, but is in doubt heading to tomorrow’s races.
Benistant is currently second in the standings, now by 36 points deficit behind the eventual winner Andrea Adamo. Full results here.
