Team HRC’s Tim Gajser Nearing Return After Injury Setback

Team HRC’s Tim Gajser, who was leading the MXGP World Championship when injury struck during Round 6 in Switzerland, is now in the final stages of his recovery. The Slovenian rider was forced to undergo surgery at the end of April, effectively ending his hopes of contending for the 2025 title.

Since then, Gajser has been fully focused on rehabilitation, and fortunately, the recovery process is progressing as planned.

While he won’t line up at the upcoming Grand Prix in Finland, his return to racing is getting closer with each passing week.

«I won’t be lining up in Finland, but I wanted to let people know that I am on the road to recovery and it is going well. My doctors have told me that the progress with the shoulder is excellent, and I was just able to ride this week, and it went great, so that is a big milestone and now we can really start to work towards my return. I haven’t enjoyed missing all these races, so I definitely appreciate all the support I have received from my fans and look forward to seeing you all in the near future.»
