The Dutch rider will remain with the German team for another season, with a program expected to combine the ADAC MX Masters, selected MXGP rounds in Europe, and potentially a few AMA Pro Motocross appearances.

Roan van de Moosdijk will continue racing with Kosak KTM Racing in 2027. The Dutchman has extended his partnership with the German outfit, where he has enjoyed considerable success since joining midway through the 2024 season.

Back in 2024, van de Moosdijk was initially set to compete for the factory Fantic team in the Motocross World Championship. However, both parties decided to part ways before the start of the season. He subsequently made a brief appearance as a replacement rider for Honda HRC before eventually finding a place with Kosak KTM midway through the campaign.

Since then, his time with the German team has been highly successful. Van de Moosdijk claimed back-to-back ADAC MX Masters titles in 2025 and 2026, and recently helped Team Netherlands secure third place at the 79th edition of the Motocross of Nations in Ernée, alongside Jeffrey Herlings and Glenn Coldenhoff.

Alongside his domestic commitments, the Dutchman also made several appearances in the MXGP World Championship during 2026, recording his best result with an eighth-place finish at the Grand Prix of Arnhem. He also crossed the Atlantic to contest two rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship, finishing 15th at RedBud and 14th at Southwick.

For 2027, van de Moosdijk is expected to follow a similar program to the one he has had over the past two seasons. His main objective will be to defend his ADAC MX Masters title, complemented by selected European MXGP rounds and potentially a few appearances in the American championship.
