2026 ADAC Supercross Stuttgart | Results Friday

Maxime Desprey and Jules Pietre were the main protagonists on the opening night of the 42nd edition of the Stuttgart Supercross. Desprey dominated SX1 from start to finish, while Pietre claimed a thrilling SX2 victory in a photo finish that had the crowd on its feet.

Among the Spanish riders, Ander Valentín and Eric Tomás battled hard in the SX1 qualifying races but were unable to secure a place in the main events. Both will have another opportunity tomorrow during the second and final night of racing.

SX1: Desprey dominates!

After grabbing the holeshot, Maxime Desprey led every lap and never looked back. Mitchell Harrison initially followed closely behind the Frenchman but eventually lost ground and was passed by Ryan Breece, who also had no answer for Desprey’s pace.

Desprey secured the win ahead of Breece, while Harrison had to fight hard to hold onto third place. He eventually crossed the finish line just 0.0039 seconds ahead of Calvin Fonvieille.

SX2: Pietre wins in a thrilling finish

The reigning Prince of Stuttgart got his title defence off to the perfect start with a dramatic victory. Jules Pietre worked his way forward from outside the top five and gradually closed in on race leader Mickael Lamarque.

After several attempts to make a pass, Pietre finally found his opportunity in the final corner before the finish-line jump, taking the win by just 0.229 seconds.

Noah Ludwig completed the podium ahead of fellow German Paul Bloy. Both riders had set the early pace before eventually giving way to the charging Frenchmen.
