The opening round of the 2024 Australian Supercross series saw Honda Australia duo Dean Wilson and Noah Ferguson took out their respective class honours but in different ways, altough. Reigning champ Wilson sweep the night with a perfect 1-1, followed by his teammate Joey Savatgy (2-2) and Empire Kawasaki´s Luke Clout (3-3) rounding the podium.

Meanwhile, Ferguson prevailed via 1-5 in a chaotic night for the SX2 class, as the top positions shuffled between race 1 and 2 with Kawasaki´s Reid Taylor taking second place (4-2) and Yamaha´s Ryder Kingsford filling the podium with a 8-1.
The action will continue tomorrow at Redcliffe with the second round of the series on which is a double-header night at Kayo Stadium. More updates and the official race report will be updated soon.
