Big Van World MTX Kawasaki newcomer Jack Chambers showed tremendous spirit on his GP debut. The twenty-year-old from Auburndale, Florida rode a solid first moto, moving forward from outside the top-twenty to claim fourteenth on the final lap. A tremendous start in race two saw the young American sweep across from his outside gate to sprint towards turn two in seventh position. He was quickly relegated several positions by the top-ten regulars but showed resilience and stamina to again make a telling pass at the very end of the race for twelfth in moto and thirteenth overall.

Jack Chambers:
“The riding style and the tracks over here in Europe are different to the US and I haven’t ridden outdoors since last June so the first thing is to have fun, gain experience and learn from the GP regulars, but I’m thankful for this opportunity. I only flew in on Monday but I had two days on the bike before we got here and already feel at home on the KX250.”
