Pierce Brown and Jordon Smith annouced the departure from their respective teams.

Pierce Brown | TLD GasGas to Star Racing

Brown won his first-career professional win Saturday night in Las Vegas at the SuperMotocross finale. Ironically, this was his last race with TLD GasGas as the team will shot its doors next year. As for Brown, it´s seems he will be joining Star Racing Yamaha. This will be his second team since he turned pro with TLD in 2020.

“It’s been a hell of a ride with @troyleedesigns Our last dance was Saturday and man was it bittersweet. Thank you to Troy, TK, and Frankie as well as the rest of the boys @tld_raceteam for everything you’ve done for me over the past few years. Never doubted me when a lot started to. Everyone at TLD has been and will always be family to me. I could write a book about the times we’ve had but I’ll keep it as short and just say that through thick and thin I wouldn’t change it for a thing. Last but not least thank you to my brother Wil Hahn I wouldn’t be here without him. As for now unfortunately this chapter has come to an end. Update you guys soon but much love to everyone who’s been a part of it.”

Jordon Smith | Star Racing Yamaha to Triumph

Like Brown, Las Vegas finale was his last race as Star Racing Yamaha rider after two years with the team, including a win in San Francisco this year. Smith is a former GEICO, TLD and Pro Circuit. Now after his deperture from Yamaha, it´s exepcted that the North Caroline native move to Triumph, his fifth factory deal.

“P-3 last night to finish off with a podium. I’m glad to finish my time with @starracingyamaha on a high note and can’t thank them enough for the opportunity they gave me. Just a few years ago I lost my factory ride and didn’t know what the future held for me. I persevered and made it back to a factory team and I’m thankful for every single person that’s a part of the team! They are like family to me now and wouldn’t be back to where I’m at without them.”
