Young Czech talent Julius Mikula decided for 2024 to make a huge step from the EMX125 straight to the MX2 World Championship after signing a deal with Osicka KTM for the European GP´s, starting this weekend in Spain, Round 2 of the MXGP calendar.

Unfortunately, Mikula has been forced to delay his MX2 debut after a broken shoulder blade at the International of Lierop on March 3rd. The good news is he successfully went under surgery and now is just a matter of time to get back on the bike and be ready for this challenge.

Mikula joins Ruben Fernandez, Alberto Forato, Mattia Guadagnini, Jago Geerts and Brent Van Doninck, and local hero Samuel Nilsson on the list of injured riders that has been forced to miss this round and beyond.
