Australia`s Matt Moss and MDK Motosport relationship comes to an end before the FIM World Supercross Championship season started at Birmingham on July 1st.

Back in March, it was announced that Matt Moss and MDK Motorsport would be competing together in the second season of the FIM World Supercross Series in the SX1 class onboard a Yamaha YZ450F. However, Moss’s plans changed during these days as he is looking to race both, the WSX series and the Australian Supercross series under one structure. So, he decided to split away from the initial plan.

“I’d like to thank MDK Motorsports, Mark Kvamme and Steve Aldaco for the WSX opportunity they presented to me. I have made a decision to part ways with the team to concentrate on a solid WSX and Australian Supercross campaign on the same manufacturer to ensure I am in the best position to put my best results in as I have had some tough times the past two years switching back and forth between manufacturers.”

It’s understood that Moss has another ride for WSX lined up, also stating that he’s ‘looking forward to working towards a solid WSX and Australian SX program.’
