The ADAC MX Masters Championship launches its 22nd season this weekend, April 4–5, in Grevenbroich. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the opening round, including timetable and live stream links.
In the premier MX Masters (450) class, Roan Van de Moosdijk (Kosak KTM) begins his title defense after securing the crown at last year’s finale. However, much of the spotlight will be on Max Nagl (Dörr Motorsport Triumph Racing), who will be eager to bounce back after leading most of last season but falling short in the end.
Max Spies (Becker Racing) and Noah Ludwig (KTM Sarholz) remain strong podium threats, while former MX2 World Champion and two-time ADAC MX Masters champion Jordi Tixier (KMP Honda Racing powered by DVAG) adds further depth and experience to a highly competitive field.
In the Youngster Cup (250), reigning champion Mads Fredsoe (Cat Moto Bauerschmidt KTM) faces a stacked lineup as he looks to defend his title. Among his closest challengers is teammate Liam Owens, who has shown significant progress on sand tracks, highlighted by his victory in Bitche in 2025.
Nikolaj Skovbjerg (Handel Husqvarna) is another rider to watch. The Dane has steadily improved in the category, although inconsistency has so far prevented him from fighting at the very front on a regular basis.
As per the usual ADAC MX Masters format, each category features three races per round. The action gets underway on Saturday with the opening motos for both classes, while Sunday hosts the remaining two races that will ultimately decide the overall winners.
