The Penultimate round of the Japanese MX Series are taking place in Saitama, where Trey Canard and Honda HRC showed up with the new Honda CR Electric Prototype but this time to race against the IA1 (450) class.
So far things have been really good on the first day of racing. Canard went second fastest in the Qualifying session and then finished 5th in the Qualifying Race after some glimpses of speed battling into the top 3.
Australian Jay Wilson is once again the man to beat as he topped both the Qualifying session and the race with a wire-to-wire performance. Wilson had won each race so far.
