After a rough season opener round in Argentina, Danish rider Mikkel Haarup and DRT Kawasaki decided to part-aways due to the mechanical problems they had during the weekend which avoid Haarup to line up for the first race of the calendar. Haarup is currently not on the entry list for Switzerland so it remains to be seen what his plans will be. On the other hand, DRT Kawasaki has already his fill-in rider for this easter week GP in Switzerland.

We refer to Jack Chambers, a young talent from USA who this year rode for Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Rides Unlimited Racing KTM team in the AMA Supercross series. Despite to made only two Main Events in the 250SX East Coast championship this year, he has been very consistent since he turned pro last year.

“I got the call. New things will come! I’m sad to say goodbye to Rides Unlimited Racing after 4 years, but I’m excited for my new adventure. I am grateful for the team and everyone who makes it possible! Good luck to the boys for the rest of the season,” Chambers shared on social media .

Chambers will be making his World Championship debut this Easter weekend race in Frauenfeld, Switzerland, round three of the calendar.

And what about Mikkel Haarup`s future? Well, it seems he will be riding for IceOne Kawasaki in the MXGP class. But there is not official word yet
