The Pro Circuit Kawasaki rider will sit out for the third 250SX West Coast round this Saturday in San Diego. According to the team press release, Vohland suffered a practice crash that resulted in an injury. At the same time, rumors have appointed that it´s probably a hip injury, but the team has not yet confirmed.
Vohland sits 11th in the standings after a solid 5th in the opening round at Anaheim and a setback of 19th in the mud of San Francisco.
With Vohland out, the Pro Circuit Kawasaki team titles hope relying on Levi Kitchen who is the current runner-up with 5 points behind Jordon Smith after a 3-2 finish in the previous rounds.
