The Neestan Husqvarna rider pulled out the track in the early stages of the MX2 Qualifying Race.
As we reported early today, Kay de Wolf has been carrying a tweaked ankle due to a practice crash on Thursday. Now, at the MX2 Race Qualifying at Teutschenthal, round nine of the MXGP World Championship, de Wolf was forced to pull out because of the pain.
At the moment there isn´t an official word from the Neestan Husqvarna team, but for sure his presence for tomorrow’s races is questionable. However, de Wolf was able to keep the Red Plate as his teammate Roan Van de Moosdijk was the eventual winner over Liam Everts, as Andrea Adamo finished third, coming short off the Championship led by 4 points.
