Andrea Bonacorsi will debut in the MXGP class in two weeks in the MXGP of Agueda, Portugal on May 4 & 5.
The rumor about Bonacorsi moving to the MXGP class spread a few weeks ago. But we had the fortune to have the first clue even before, as Lorenzo Resta talk about it in our Mx1Onboard Podcast of the MXGP of Riola Sardo.
According to Lorenzo, Bonacorsi, the 2023 EMX250 champion, has the stature and the technique to go fluently on a 450 machine. In fact, Bonacorsi showed his skills at the Motocross of Nations in Ernée, France, where he went 8-8 and ended 3rd overall alongside Alberto Forato and Andrea Adamo.
