Dean Wilson and Lux Turner win Round 3 of the Australian Supercross in Cronulla, Sydney
SX1: Wilson claim the win
Dean Wilson won both finals, but his victory wasn´t clear until the very end due a penalization.
Initially, Wilson’s clean sweep appeared to be in jeopardy after officials handed him a five-position penalty for allegedly jumping under a Red Cross flag — a ruling that would have demoted him to sixth and handed the overall victory to Clout. However, following an appeal, the penalty was overturned, confirming Wilson as the rightful double race winner and overall victor.
With the result, Wilson now extends his championship lead to 28 points over teammate Soubeyras, with Mellross third and Clout closing in from fourth.

In the championship standings, Wilson still leads by 18 points over Soubeyras, with Hayden Mellross holding third, 39 points behind. Clout climbs from ninth to fourth, but still trails Wilson by 41 points.
SX2: Turner makes it three in a row
American Lux Turner continued his dominant run, extending his win streak to three consecutive rounds after another strong performance in Sydney.
The Yamaha rider shared race wins with his teammate Ryder Kingsford, who finished second overall. Kingsford dominated Final 1, with Turner close behind in second. The second final followed a similar script, but this time Turner capitalized on a late mistake by Kingsford and executed a perfect pass with three laps to go, securing the overall victory.

Honda’s Thomas Wood rounded out the podium with 3-6 results.
In the standings, Turner now leads the SX2 championship by 26 points over Kingsford.
Round 4 of the Boost Mobile Australian Supercross Championship heads to Melbourne on November 22, as part of the AUSX-Open event featuring Jett and Hunter Lawrence.
