The classic UK Arenacross spread its wings and extend the series out of the UK where the state-of-the-art Etihad Arena on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi will host the final round of the tour in April 26th with the biggest prize purse in the history of Arenacross.
Usually, each season starts between the Christmas and New Year period with the first race taking place between the Christmas and New Year period. However, for the first time in more than 10 years of history, the championship will start on January 4 in Birmingham. After that, another 5 rounds will be held in the United Kingdom which, in addition to crowning a champion, will also serve as a qualifier of the top twenty for the World Tour finals to be held in Abu Dhabi.
For 2025 there will be two Arenacross championships – the ‘British’ and ‘World Tour Championship’. The British championship will be fought out at all races staged within the British Isles, whilst the AXWT also includes all races that take place outside of the UK.
