The EMX125 European Championship Presented by FMF Racing wraps up this weekend at Lommel, and the title fight couldn’t be tighter. Just six points separate Nicolò Alvisi (Racestore KTM Factory Juniors) from Mano Faure (MJC Yamaha Europe), setting the stage for a dramatic finale in the sands of Belgium.
Alvisi arrives in Lommel with momentum after a dominant victory in Finland that catapulted him to the top of the standings. The Italian has been a model of consistency all season, winning when it mattered most. However, with Faure’s superior tally of overall wins (7 to Alvisi’s 2), a tie in points would hand the title to the Frenchman.

Despite scoring zero points in the opening round, Mano Faure has staged a remarkable comeback. Fresh off his 125cc FIM Junior Motocross World Championship title, Faure has racked up six moto wins, six overall victories, and seven podiums in a blistering 2025 campaign. His raw speed is undeniable—but he’ll need a flawless performance to overcome the deficit and claim the crown.
With both riders having performed well in sandy tracks this season, the outcome is wide open. One thing is certain: the EMX125 title will be decided in the most unpredictable conditions motocross has to offer—Lommel.
