WZ KTM Racing reveals 2024 rider lineup and plans

MXPG Portugal 2023, Agueda Rider: Oliver_Oriol_Bike_KTM

The German-baed team has announced their rider lineup for the 2024 season, which includes the MX2 World Championship, EMX250 class, and the ADAC MX Masters series.

After an impressive rookie campaign in the MX2 World Championship, Spaniard Oriol Oliver will continue on the team, looking for more good results in the team. Oliver finished 12th in the championship with 4 Top 10 overall results, of which three were 8th place overall. In addition to the GPs rounds, Oliver will defend the ADAC MX Masters title in the Youngster Cup (MX2).

Joining Oliver in the MX2 class will be Hakon Fredriksen. The Norwegian rider had some ups and down struggling with injuries in the past two years, but now with the WZ KTM opportunity will be looking for a career rebuild.

For the EMX250 class, the team brought Ryan Alexanderson, a talent from Australia. It will be his first full season in the championship as well as in the ADAC series after some rounds on both championships in 2023.

Meanwhile, German Cato Nickel will make the move up to the 450 class in the ADAC MX Masters Championship after a great season with a bunch of podiums and a win in the 250 class.
