The SSE Arena of Belfast hosted a double-header round of the UK Arenacross, with rounds 2 and 3 occurring between Friday and Saturday Night. Both evenings saw different winners and a lot of action and drama.
Firday night (Round 3) went to Conrad Mewse of Crendon Honda Racing who topped every session including two heat wins before storming the Traxxas Pro Main Event. Meanwhile, Mark McCann 64 YouTube Channel’s Dylan Woodcock, and Stark Future Racing’s Justin Bogle fought back and forth for second place with Woodcock taking the runner-up spot over Bogle. Harri Kullas and series leader Jack Brunell rounded the top 5.
After winning on Friday and taking the championship lead, things went backward for Mewse on Saturday Night (Round 3) as he picked up an injury during the qualifying session and ruled him out for the Night Show. Instead, FUS Marsh Geartec´s Harri Kullas emerged with the win over Star Future´s duo Jack Brunell and Eddie-Jay Wade.
Next up: UK Arenacross heads North to P& Live, Aberdeen, for Rounds 5 & 6 on Friday 26 – Saturday 27 January.
