Three riders & One Crown: Vialle, Hammaker, and Hampshire

Vialle daytona 25

The tightest battle this Saturday will undoubtedly be in the 250SX East Coast class. Tom Vialle (Red Bull KTM), Seth Hammaker (Pro Circuit Kawasaki), and RJ Hampshire (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna) arrive in Salt Lake City season finale separated by just 3 points. A winner-takes-all scenario!

But there’s an extra factor to consider: this is a combined East-West showdown, meaning riders from both coasts will be on track. Action is guaranteed!

Title scenarios

  • If Hammaker finishes ahead of Vialle and Hampshire, he takes the title.
  • If Vialle finishes ahead of the other two, he wins the championship.
  • Hampshire must gain at least three points over both to be crowned champion.

Seth Hammaker vs RJ Hampshire

Three contenders, three storylines

  • If Vialle wins, it would mark France’s ninth title in the 250SX class, and back-to-back championships would secure his move up to 450SX in 2025.
  • For Seth Hammaker, it would be his first professional title after four years in the series—and the first for Pro Circuit Kawasaki since 2017 with Justin Hill.
  • If RJ Hampshire takes it, he would join an elite group—Langston, Stewart, and Fonseca—as the only riders to win titles on both coasts.
