The storyline so far is the tight battle for the title between Kyle Peters and Ryan Breece. Both started traded Main Event wins and overalls in the first two rounds in Boise, with Peters winning the first night and Breece the second one. Then Peters won round 3 in Madison over Kyle Bitterman, while Breece suffered a DNF due to a chain issue in Main 1. By round 4 in Reno, Izaih Clark emerged as the third winner this season.

However, in the next six rounds, Peters and Breece have been battling side by side every single night. Peters won Rounds 5 and 6, but Breece has found his best form after topping the podium in the last 3 rounds. Now the pressure seems to be over the reigning champ, Peters, as Breece has already won 13 races and Peters 9, reducing the gap from 26 points to just 9!

Veteran Kyle Bitterman sits third in the standings with a good advantage of 30 points over Izaih Clark. Meanwhile, Mason Kerr is 5th while Devin Harriman and Crocket Myers are tied for sixth.

Daytona will be the first of three events to be held over the next two weeks, with rounds 12 and 13 taking place on March 8 & 9 before the grand finale in Las Vegas on March 29.
