Stephane Rubini and Nicholas Lapucci to race in Brazil

MXPG Switzerland 2023, Frauenfeld Rider:

The Frenchman and the Italian will be in the penultimate round of the Brazilian Championship in Limeira, Sao Pablo on September 16 & 17. Both will make the trip to race in Brazil for the first time in their careers but on two different teams.

Three-time French champion and two-time European runner-up, Stephen Rubini will compete for the first time in Brazil. He will join the official Honda Racing riders in the MX1 class: current champion Jetro Salazar, Hector Assunção and Fredy Spagnol.

“I am very excited and grateful for the opportunity the team has given me. It’s my first time in Brazil and I’m really enjoying it so far. The team was very receptive, everyone is very professional and helping me as much as possible. I hope to race with the CRF 450R and bring the best possible result for the team, I really appreciate the trust”, said Rubini.      

Meanwhile, former EMX250 Champion Nicholas Lapucci is set to race under the Official Husqvarna Brazil Team.
