RUMOR: Tom Koch to race for Factory team in the 2025 MXGP

Tom Koch is one of the top German riders these days with multiple ADAC Motocross wins. At MXGP level, the German rider also showed glimpses of speed by finished inside the Top 10 many times, and now it´s seems he will have the chance to show what he is capeable to do with a factory bike.

Koch have part ways with German-based team KOSAK KTM Racing after four years. Now rumors suggest that Koch will be moving to Beta Factory Team. If the rumors are true, this will be Tom´s first factory deal of his career.

The Beta Factory Team has been quite since Ben Watson suffered a ACL injury at the MXGP of Portugal which turn on a end-season injury. Meanwhile, Ivo Monticelli finished 24th in the standings.

Since the Beta Factory Racing Team inception in the MXGP paddock in 2021, the Italian brand rarely achived the results it´s hoped for. Jeremy Van Horebeek finished 13th in the MXGP standings after collecting a lot of Top 10 overalls results, including a sixth place at the MXGP of Argentina as the best results for the team. After that, the team earned a sole Top 10 overall thanks to Watson.

Meanwhile, Kosak KTM Racing Team has re-signed Roan van de Moosdijk for the ADAC MX Masters Championship and the Europeans MXGP rounds.
