Lucas Coenen delivered a flawless weekend in Almonte, claiming overall victory with a dominant 1-1 performance after also winning Saturday’s qualifying race. Jeffrey Herlings secured second overall (2-2), bouncing back from another scoreless qualifying race, while Tim Gajser completed the podium with a strong late-race charge (6-3).
A key moment of the GP came in race two, when defending champion Romain Febvre crashed heavily while running in podium contention. Although he was able to walk away, he failed to score, taking a significant hit in the standings.
In the championship standings, Coenen moves into the lead with 102 points, holding an 8-point advantage over Herlings (94). Tom Vialle drops to third with 89 points, while Febvre falls to fourth on 75.
MX2: First win for McLellan and Triumph
Camden McLellan claimed his first career MX2 overall victory and Triumph’s maiden win in the category, securing the top step of the podium ahead of Simon Längenfelder (3-3) and Sacha Coenen, who rebounded from a race-one crash to finish third overall.

McLellan also takes over the championship lead, now sitting 2 points ahead of Längenfelder. Guillem Farrés, who won race one and briefly led the standings, suffered a mechanical DNF in race two and drops to third in the championship, now trailing by 19 points.
