soubeyras stuttgart king 25

Cedric Soubeyras has been crowned King of Stuttgart for the third time in his career, adding this new title to those achieved in 2017 and 2022. The Frenchman secured the crown after winning Saturday’s main event, marking an impressive comeback following a serious hip injury that sidelined him last season.

In SX2, the Prince of Stuttgart title also went to France, as Jules Pietre claimed the overall victory. Meanwhile, Ander Valentin had a strong weekend, narrowly missing the podium in Saturday’s final.

SX1: Soubeyras rules again

Cedric Soubeyras captured his third overall win in Stuttgart with a flawless performance. After finishing third on Friday, he made a great start in Saturday’s final, taking the lead before the first lap was completed and controlling the pace until the checkered flag.

Mitchell Oldenburg, Friday’s winner, finished third after a fierce battle with Luke Clout, who took second. The overall classification for the weekend ended as follows: Soubeyras (3-1), Oldenburg (1-3), and Clout (2-2).

SX2: Jules Pietre becomes Prince of Stuttgart

In SX2, Jules Pietre claimed the Prince of Stuttgart title, leading a French sweep of the podium ahead of Calvin Fonvieille and Liam Bruneau. For Fonvieille, the 2023 champion, the runner-up result was particularly impressive after he had to qualify through the Last Chance Race on Friday.
