Lucas Coenen win his first-career MXGP qualifying race on his third GP in the main class. The KTM Red Bull rider went wire-to-wire but dealing with some pressure in the form of Tim Gajser as the race came to the end. Gajser´s teammate Ruben Fernandez finished 3rd over French duo Maxime Renaux and Romain Febvre.
As for the standings, Gajser now has a 23-point advantage over Renaux and Febvre, both tied with 94 points.
In the MX2 class, Thibault Benistant win back-to-back Qualifying race after capitalize a big crash of race leader Sacha Coenen and a DNF (gear box issue) of Kay de Wolf. But the benefactor of the championship lead is Liam Everts with a 3rd place. Everts now lead the standings by 2 points over his teammate de Wolf.
