Breaking news on Race Day Live at the opening round in Anaheim confirmed that Pro Circuit Kawasaki´s Levi Kitchen sidelined after finished P20 in the Free Practice. Kitchen has been dealing with a virus since Thursday, and despite his attempts to race in A1, he and the team has decided to move to the 250SX East Coast Championship, which starts on February 8th at Tampa, Florida.

With Kitchen out of competition, Garrett Marchbanks will be the only PC rider in the 250SX West Coast.

Mitch Payton: “Tuesday he started feeling bad, like he was getting the flu. We thought he was doing better, but he’s actually gotten worse. We’re gonna tell him to get out of here and go to the hospital to get bloodwork done. He’s not going to get over the sickness he’s got in a day, so we plan to put him on the East Coast now.”
