The TLD Red Bull GasGas rider is the first star confirmed for the Supercross of Paris 2023, which will take place at Paris La Defense Arena on November 18 & 19.

Justin Barcia recently won the 14th round of the AMA Supercross in East Rutherford and currently sits 4th in the 450SX championship standings. He is well-known by all the French fans as he had been crowned King of Paris (formerly Bercy) not once, but three times between 2010, 2013 and the last in 2019.

With his last win back in 2019, Barcia became only the second rider ever to win more than two overalls at the Paris SX. Also, is the only rider in the event’s history to have won King of Bercy on different brands of motorcycle, as his first two came on Hondas and this most recent one on Yamaha. Now heading to Paris with as a GasGas rider he had the chance to extend both of those records as one of the winningest in the Paris Supercross history with three different brands.

At the moment, Barcia has been the only rider confirmed for the 40th anniversary of the event. More announcements are expected coming soon…Who knows what other surprises the promoters have for us?
