The fourth round of the Italian Prestige Championship was a historic one as Alessandro Lupino took his 30th career victory at a domestic level. Meanwhile, in the MX2 class, Valerio Lata step to the top of the podium for the second time this season.
Despite a final thrill in Race 2, with a first and a third place Alessandro Lupino takes the day in Pietramurata and conquers his 30th success in the Italian Prestige championship. Alberto Forato had to settle for second place, but his win in Race 2 allowed him to save the red plate by a handful of points. Third place was for an excellent Arminas Jasikonis who went 3-2.
After missing the Fermo race due to injury, Valerio Lata returns to the Italian championship and takes his second victory of the season with a 1-2 in races, ahead of Cas Valk ( 4-1) and Alexis Fueri (2-3), which still remains red table. Jan Pancar came fourth overall but he´s still in title contention.
Next round will take place at Ponte A Egola on Septiember 9 & 10. It will be the penultimate round before the series conclution at Malpensa on September 23 & 24.
