So far, so good for Bonacorsi who after only four races in the MX2 class as a rookie, Bonacorsi was moved up to the MXGP class as a fill-in rider of Jago Geerts. Despite of this unexpected move, the Italian adapted quicky to the big machine showing some really good speed and conquered eight Top 10 overalls.
