Jeffrey Herlings set the pace at the ACU British round in Foxhill. Local hero and title contender Conrad Mewse came in second just less than a second from the Dutchman. Josh Gilbert was third.
Rounded the top five, Evegny Borbyshev set the fourth-best time in his first race back in over three years.
In the MX2 class, GP riders Isak Gifting and Jack Chambers were 1-2 respectively with a considerable over the local riders.
