With Dylan Walsh injured at the 250SX West Coast series opening round, the Host Grindstone Team called a fill-in rider. Meanwhile the New Zealander is still recovering from an intestine laceration suffered during the second qualifying session at Anaheim.
Max Sanford #162 will be filling in the empty spot from San Diego (round 3). This is a great opportunity for him, who started the season as a full privateer and missed the Main Event by two spots in the LCQ race.
The Host Grindstone Team will expect to have Walsh full recovery and back in action for the second half of the West Coast rounds.
