Two-time AMA Pro Motocross champion Honda Dylan Ferrandis announced on Monday that he will sit out the entire 2025 AMA Pro Motocross Championship due to a stress fracture in his leg.

“Supercross season done finished P7 of the championship. Unfortunately I will not race this summer, I have a stress fracture on my left leg I been dealing with all season, I though I got rid of it lately but it came back last week. Bummer cause I love the outdoor and felt my Phoenix Honda bike had great potential for it. Plan is to be back for SMX and maybe last couples rounds of MX.”

Ferrandis finished tenth in the 450SX main event at Salt Lake City, marking his 11th top-10 result in 15 starts this season. He recorded a season-best fifth place twice—at Seattle and East Rutherford. His seventh-place finish in the final 450SX standings matches his career-best result, first achieved during his rookie campaign in 2021.
