Both Monster Energy Pro Circuit riders will miss the fourth round of the AMA Pro Motocross series at High Point due to injuries sustained a week ago during round three.

Thunder Valley was a rough one for Carson Mumford and Jett Reynolds. Mumford crashed during the practice crash which kept him out for both races of the day, while Reynolds was involved in a first-turn pileup in the first 250 moto, ruling him out for moto two.

Despite no major injuries, the team decided to keep both riders safe and skip this round.

“Once we had Jett and Carson checked out, we decided it was best to sit them both out for High Point and let them get a full three weeks of recovery time before they race again,” said Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team manager Iain Southwell

Meanwhile, Jo Shimoda and Rider DiFrancesco are set to race. So far they are doing a great job. Shimoda is hungry for a podium spot after showing some good speed in every battle, he currently sits 4th in the championship standings. Meanwhile, DiFrancesco sits 10th.
