The official Fantic Wilvo team has confirmed through its social media the departure of Roan Van de Moosdijk. This news came out of nowhere a surprise considering he was expected to return for the GP of Madrid after missing Argentina due to a knee injury suffered at the Hawkstone Park International.
The press release provided by the team has only been to announce not clarifying the reasons. For Moosdijk this will be his first season in MXGP, so it remains to be seen what will be the future holds for the Dutchman. On the other hand, Fantic MXGP will continue with the services of Glenn Coldenhoff, who currently sits seventh in the championship after what was a solid start in Argentina.
