The two Italian riders will return to racing in the fourth round of the FIM Motocross World Championship in Sardinia
This weekend, Andrea Bonacorsi and Ferruccio Zanchi will not be in Frauenfeld, where the third round out of 19 of the FIM Motocross World Championship, the Swiss Grand Prix, is taking place.
Now on the road to full recovery, the 22-year-old Bonacorsi will return to the Riola Sardo track, where the Grand Prix MXGP of Sardinia will be held on April 12th. This event is particularly dear to the Red Bull Ducati Factory MXGP Team rider, who took victory on the sand dunes of Riola en route to his EMX125 and EMX250 titles.
The 19-year-old Beddini Racing Ducati MX2 Factory Team, Ferruccio Zanchi, is also scheduled to return for the first of two consecutive Italian rounds, with the Sardinia and Trentino Grands Prix completing the first quarter of the 2026 season, before the five-week spring break.
