Billy Laninovich plans his Supercross return at the age of 40!

It’s been over a decade since Billy Laninovich has raced Supercross, but at the age of 40, the San Diego racer will make a comeback in the Western Regional 250 Supercross Series with backing from Team Faith. The former Factory Connection Honda racer and race winner has been back on the Supercross track for a few weeks now, and his goals are to qualify for main events and enjoy himself while he’s at it. After taking a brief time away from dirt bikes to work as an electrician, Lano’s love for the sport runs as strong as ever! We’re excited to see him line up at Anaheim One.

Laninovich´s last supercross race was at Las Vegas season finale in 2012 in the 250 class, he finished 16. Looking on his prolific career, Laninovich rode for several teams highlighint Monster Energy Kawasaki, KTM Red Bull, TLD Honda and more. He collected a great number of podiums, including a win at San Francisco in 2005 in the 125cc class.
