The full privateer Slovenian Jan Pancar got his first Top 10 at the first moto of the MXGP of Portugal, round fifth of the MXGP Motocross World Championship, as he finished ninth in the muddiest conditions so far in the series. Unfortunately, a bad start in the second race saw him crossing the checkered flag in 16th. However, he got 11th overall, and at the end of the day, his best career results on his MXGP class rookie campaign so far.
Lorenzo Resta spoke with Jan Pancar about his day and the plans as a privateer heading to the MXGP of Galicia in one week time.
