The 2025–26 AMA Arenacross Championship is set to resume this weekend as the series heads to the Findlay Toyota Center in Prescott Valley for Round 6 of the season.
The championship has been on pause since the Toronto double-header, and the calendar has seen some changes in the meantime. Round 6 was originally scheduled to take place on January 24 in Memphis, Tennessee, but that event was cancelled due to severe winter weather. As a result, Prescott Valley will now host the long-awaited return to action, with racing set to begin on Friday, February 6.
Heading into the weekend, Ryan Breece arrives with the red plate after a dominant performance in Canada, where the MCR Honda rider swept both rounds. His teammate Austin Politelli currently sits third in the standings, just four points behind Cole Thompson (Team Solitaire Heartbeat Yamaha), while trailing Breece by 20 points. Thompson, meanwhile, holds second place, 14 points back from the championship leader.
A deep and competitive field is expected in Prescott Valley. With the AMA Supercross series racing in Glendale, Arizona, on Saturday, several riders are already in the region, creating an ideal opportunity for additional entries and increased depth field in arenacross.
Following Prescott Valley, the updated schedule features a Reno double-header, before the series moves on to Guthrie, and ultimately concludes with the season finale in Daytona.
