The 2025 FIM World Supercross Championship kicked off in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the Quad Lock Honda squad—managed by Yarrive Konsky—emerging as the early leaders in the Team Standings after a strong opening round.
Two of the team’s four riders climbed onto the podium across both classes, setting the tone for a promising season.
In SX1, Christian Craig made an impressive debut with the team, finishing second in the first Sprint Race and following up with a pair of fifth-place results in the remaining mains—missing the overall podium by just a single point. Joey Savatgy also showed consistency, securing sixth overall with a 3-4-8 scorecard.
Over in SX2, defending champion Shane McElrath delivered another solid performance, finishing second overall after charging through the pack in every race (3-2-2). His temporary teammate Anthony Bourdon, stepping in as a fill-in rider, wrapped up the night 10th overall, highlighted by a top-10 in the Main Event.
Those combined results earned 111 points, putting Quad Lock Honda at the top of the team standings as the series heads to Vancouver, Canada, for Round 2 on November 15.
